Your generator must support compatible remote monitoring and maintain a working internet or cellular connection. Available features depend on the generator and controller. If you are unsure, contact us with your model number and location before paying. Any required monitoring hardware, installation, or connectivity charges are quoted separately.

What Monitoring Includes—and Excludes
This is a monitoring-only subscription. Maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, parts, labor, travel, and on-site service visits are billed separately. Monitoring does not include automatic emergency dispatch or guaranteed immediate response, and it does not guarantee uninterrupted backup power. Alerts depend on compatible equipment and an active connection. Enrollment and activation are confirmed directly with you.
Preventive Maintenance
Maintenance is tailored to your generator model, operating hours, and condition. We discuss the required oil, filters and other service items, battery checks, inspection, and operating tests before confirming a visit. Maintenance is quoted separately from monitoring.
Diagnostics and Repairs
For an alarm, starting problem, or other fault, request a diagnostic visit. Diagnosis may identify additional parts or return visits; repairs are quoted separately. Request a maintenance or diagnostic proposal and include your city, state, ZIP code, generator model, and number of generators.
